Pictures of Berlin
Taking photos in cities is something I really enjoy. They're not masterpieces, but that vibe and look of photos with a bigger camera just gives me a bit of euphoria. :)
Here is a small collection of the photos I took:
It can be a bit annoying to carry around a big DSLR Camera, but I think the images just look a bit more aesthetic. :) I don't take it with me on every trip, especially if I don't want to pack that much. But if I know I want to take more photos on a trip, I take it with me.
The uploaded quality here is not sooo good to load the page faster, so not all details can be seen. Maybe I will change that some day. But you can still see the nice reflections and lighting. Maybe I am just influenced by knowing I shot them myself with the camera, but I have the feeling they look better than with smaller cameras or smartphones.
In my daily life I take a smaller camera with me. It still shoots really good photos I think. :) At least I am happy with it.
I am aware that I am no advanced photographer and I am just getting into the hobby, but it's still fun to try it out. I use the Canon EOS 2000D with a zoom lens. At the time I bought it, I think I paid around 300 Euro (using a 50 Euro Cashback from Canon for students). And I bought a Canon 50mm lens to make the camera a bit smaller and take better portrait photos. I heard that it's maybe better to buy a used DSLR camera, instead of this one, because the quality is not so good. But I am happy with it :)
